One thought to add to the mix: when most ppl talk &#39;diversity&#39;, they mean &#39;race&#39;. Diversity also means more than that: nationality, gender, age, background, political affiliation, even weight can be considered a &#39;diversity&#39; issue (which is good news for us big guys!) The challenge is to be inclusive without being permissive. He was my pastor from the age of 10,and then for the most formative years of my life. He was my hero back then, and he helped to mold my life.
